General Description:

- $15-$20 DOE.

- Receive and process orders via phone, e-mail, fax, US Postal Service or EDI from approved domestic and international distributors.

- Assist with inquiries regarding orders in process and product pricing.

- Trace orders when necessary.

- Resolve product complaints.

- Expand to additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Qualifications:

- 2 yrs relevant experience in Customer Service.

- Excellent computer skills, accurate typist, and have legible handwriting.

- Positive phone personality.

- Eye for detail, accuracy, and good time manager.

- Reliable in attendance and performance.

- Interest in learning new things and trying new processes with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
