Your duties include assisting administrative staff with answering phones, sending and processing invoices, client mailings, data entry, and basic bookkeeping

Serves as liaison between the facility and the corporate office to resolve any problems, concerns, complaints, and changes that occur.

CPA licensed candidate will be paid accordingly. Must have an Accounting degree, 5 to 10 years preparing individual/corporate returns or both.

Coordinate All Hands, including coordinating presenters and content gathering, room reservations, technical needs and setting up content review with Sr Leaders.
