The role of Executive Assistant provides direct support to the company’s leadership team managing a wide range of administrative duties while working closely with the President and executive leaders. As the Executive Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of administrative support in the day-to-day operations and strategic work of the President, Company Shareholders, and the Business Executive Team. Your job is to set them up for success by anticipating needs to be successful and ensuring their time is best used to achieve the companies’ goals.
