The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Trustees, and the Executive Team, along with managing the organization's office operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: providing sophisticated calendar management for the CEO; prioritize request while troubleshooting conflict; act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Trustees; handling all logistics for Board meetings and events; manage the organization's Policy and Contract Management system.
