Summary

The Ginger People® are looking for an accomplished Graphic Designer, with proven experience in development of exceptional visual creative. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our design team, supporting our marketing group with bar-raising design and creative solutions. You’ll have extensive experience creating campaign-oriented promotions, along with brand building and storytelling across a variety of integrated marketing touchpoints. You’ll have the opportunity to help define and shape the creative expression of a stellar product assortment for an industry-leading brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following as well as other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

  • Effectively translates business objectives and related insights into compelling creative concepts that deliver results.
  • Design experience across various consumer touchpoints, including social, e-commerce, and website.
  • Can create various media products, including photos, reels & videos.
  • Provides exceptional concept ideation, thought leadership and innovative design solutions for a variety of initiatives in the natural foods marketplace.
  • Applies masterful grasp of design principles involving hierarchy, composition, typography, iconography, photography, color, illustration, etc.
  • Perceptive and creative problem solver who practices critical design thinking throughout the creative process.
  • Support innovative product designs in line with overall brand strategy with direction from sr. brand designer. Includes concept decks, mood boards, drawings, renderings, and models.
  • Create logos, branding materials, product packaging & marketing collateral.
  • Embraces continuous improvement and works to grow skills, refine processes, and enhance overall quality of engagement, and inspires others to do the same.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of brand design experience

Other Skills, Abilities, Knowledge Required:

Adobe Suite, Production Art, Advertising layout, motion graphics,A+ Content, Video editing

Travel – via automobile and/or airplane may be required for staff meetings and press checks

Location: Marina, CA or will consider remote status for qualified candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
