JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective 
The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for leading the cross-functional execution of strategies, systems, and processes to support best-in-class service delivery, team development and growth, and improved customer quality. The Information Technology Manager will have direct oversight of the MSP and all other technology related services. The Information Technology Manager will work closely with department heads throughout the company to design and implement plans that benefit our customers and enhance overall technology performance and capabilities.

1. Oversee all technology operations, and evaluate according to established goals and company vision

2. Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the growth and long-term strategic goals of the company and/or clients

3. Interact with business partners across organization to identify opportunities and drive growth

4. Provide strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design and deployment of new products and services

5. Lead MSP, Professional Service, Field Management and Managed Service teams and provide coaching and oversight

6. Develop and implement training and KPI’s for all assigned departments

7. Maintain Microsoft service certifications and manage staff certifications to Microsoft Gold standards

8. Provide hands on, billable time for supporting IT service offerings for customers.

9. Provide coaching and candid feedback for all employees under your supervision

10. Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

11. Perform other work-related duties as assigned

10. Manage overall department profitability and employee relations

Supervisory Responsibility
Supervise daily activities of Professional Services, MSP, and Field Management.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
Travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

1. 5+ years of experience in technology industry

2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
