The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Rep position is to achieve the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue targets set by management. This is accomplished through engaging in high payoff sales activity such as OB calls, Lead Follow up, Trade Show participation, Bid List inclusion as well as many others. More specifically, the B2B ISR will reach out to commercial or municipal organizations, provide the scientifically proven value of having a massage chair in the workplace and build a pipeline of opportunity. Again, the ultimate objective is to hit assigned revenue targets through utilization of our sales process. Ideal candidates will have phone sales experience, have owned/achieved an annual revenue goal and have a proven track record of sales success. Experience in a specific field (SLG, Education, Municipalities, fitness etc....) is a huge plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop a Book of Business : * Uncover and develop net new B2B accounts using the Workplace Wellnesstm value proposition. * Follow up on leads, both incoming and self-generated, through emails, OB Calls, Video Conferencing platforms, face to face meetings and any other method to drive incremental B2B opportunity. * Maintain and manage a deal pipeline with a minimum ratio of 3 to 1 with a minimum close rate of 33%. * Participate in Trade Shows as needed. * Fully embrace and utilize HubSpot as the CRM of record while ensuring that all required data properties are present and complete. * Provide periodic recap of sales activities. * Participate in Sales team and 1 on 1 meetings as needed. * Maintain acceptable sales activity metrics as provided by management. * Proactively identify and communicate marketing vehicles that would drive B2B leads and revenue.
