Responsibilities:

• Job Highlight: (We have separate teams for – Intakes, Medical Records, Nego, and Demands.)
• Handle all types of pre-litigation cases including auto, dog bites, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
• Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers, managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, and confirming medical balances.
• Understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
• Able to work (Monday – Friday)
• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury Legal Assistant/ Case Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
