Busy Specialty clinic is looking for an MA to join our team . Our ideal candidate would be pro-active and possess excellent communication and multi-tasking/organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills as well as top notch clinical skills is essential to our successful practice. This is a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to adapt to changing work flows as the need arises. Must speak spanish
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide overall support for physicians and office management
* Prepares patients for examination and treatment
* Take patient history and vital signs
* Documents patient care in the EMR accurately and in a timely manner (eClinical experience helpful)
* Prepares exam rooms and stocks with supplies
* Reviews all information for accuracy and update when needed

Provides comments on FOIA program initiatives and data calls, and Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports. Knowledge of DOT or the FAA FOIA/PA process.
