Our House RCH in Rutland, Vermont is a close knit team of caregivers who rely on each other to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: The caregivers at Our House help our residents with (to list a few duties)

• Must be at least 16+ years of age
• Personal Care and hygiene assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity
• Documents actions by completing charting, reports, logs and records
• Actively engage residents through conversation and companionship
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Transferring/lift at least 50 lbs.
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Pass (once medication certified and must be 18+)
• Multi-tasking skills
• Light Housekeeping
• Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion
• Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills
• Maintain a safe environment for residents
• WE ARE A NO SMOKING/SUBSTANCE FACILITY (all types and forms of smoking/substance devices)
• Reliable and dedicated. Reliable transportation.

MOST OF ALL, YOU ARE ABLE TO ENJOY THE RESIDENTS IN A SMALL HOME LIKE ENVIRONMENT PROVDING MORE PERSONAL CARE!

LNA is NOT required. Training is provided on a daily bases.
