Our Pet Food Production needs a team member to work in our Seed Mix and Milling Departments making and preparing food mixes. This includes working with 50lbs bags, pelleting and other tasks requiring physical strength. Forklift experience is required.

  • Operate industrial equipment such as mixers, hulling machines and sorters.
  • Kind individual who enjoys helping others
  • Enthusiastic and enjoys learning new skills
  • Works easily with packaging equipment
  • Be able to correctly complete required production records
  • Able to lift up to a maximum of 50lbs throughout the day
  • Ability to stand and walk up to 90% of the time schedule (breaks are provided)
  • Follow recipes for the preparation of specific seed mixes
  • Can comfortably operate pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Adapts positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges, and change in order to sustain peak effectiveness
  • Has an excellent attendence record at past jobs

~ All full time regular employees are eligible to receive PTO (Paid Time Off) immediately upon hire.(After 60 day probation period) (The hours are earned during the year)

~ 10 hour shift: 4:30 am to 3:00 pm. Monday through Thursday. Occasional Fridays will be overtime

~ Celebration of birthdays and anniversaries multiple times each month

~ Paid Time off between Christmas and New Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
