Job Summary
The Senior Wound Care Consultant (SWCC) works with clients in identifying their needs in order to promote appropriate company products and services in the state North Carolina, except for Asheville. The SWCC will manage and grow Veteran’s Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC’s) in the Durham, Fayetteville, and Salisbury areas and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC’s).
General Accountabilities
· Manages and grows existing Veteran’s Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC’s) and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC’s) accounts
· Sells additional services to clients
· Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
· Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
· Handles queries about company products and services
· Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
· Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business
· Provides customer service to business partners
· Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
· Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
· Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
· Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
· Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members
· Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
