Our Service Desk Team Members provide Tier 1 and 2 hardware and software remote or onsite support at client locations to resolve hardware and software issues and complete change requests. Assists all levels of users with, but not limited to, proper use of their computer systems, software applications, and information technology business processes. Performs other duties as required.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and solve problems for users.
• Support incoming and outgoing calls.
• Keep track of current issues and software.
• Help user with hard-to-fix problems over the phone and remote session.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Handle incoming calls to the help desk.
