Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team which may include member, caregivers, members legal representative, physician, care providers, and ancillary

Maintains valid licensure, certification or equivalent as requested by appropriate state agency. Provides timely written documentation as required by insurance

Must be willing to work on the food truck when needed and in the take out restaurant. Experience working in a fast paced kitchen environment.

Serves as OMNI liaison between technical and non-technical teams, to ensure all project targets and requirements are met. Develops OMNI metrics and standards.

Must meet SSRC minimum driving standards and have current Drivers license; a successful motor vehicle record background check is required.
