RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All components of accounts payable
• Coordination of payroll processing with third-party payroll processor
• Internal reporting of payroll - including, but not limited to, posting to general ledger
• Prepare and examine financial records, including bank statements, invoices, payroll, daily revenue reports and daily credit card receipts
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use
• Support the month-end and year-end close process
• Maintain a thorough understanding of accounting software and systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (Sage BusinessWorks) and Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., excel, word, powerbi, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
