Accounting Manager

Reports to: Director of Finance and Human Resources

Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a Full-Time In House Accounting Manager with the passion to achieve success. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated, team player that will manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Reconciliation of Accounts and administrative duties. Work directly with management to monitor and control all aspects of accounting.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities and skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting plus formal accounting training.
• Experience with A/R, A/P, Collections, Billing, Purchasing.
• Must possess good fundamental understanding in all facets of accounting and be proficient in any computerized bookkeeping system.
• Should have good understanding of spread sheets and preferably graphical spreadsheets.
• Must have prior experience with "QuickBooks" using QuickBooks Pro or above versions.
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Highly organized and attention to detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers/vendors and
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to work quickly but accurately, clean and complete -- no loose ends.
• Must meet deadlines.
• Goal oriented, self-motivated, hard worker adaptable & flexible
• Willingness to work in other aspects of organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
