POSITION: Administrative Assistant – Earn & Learn

LOCATION: Devils Lake, ND

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a 12-month, grant-funded, benefitted position and is dependent on grant funding.

BACKGROUND CHECK: LRSC does require a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to beginning employment.

JOB SUMMARY: The E&L Administrative Assistant handles the day to day secretarial, clerical and data entry duties as part of the program to include maintaining all data bases for federally registered apprenticeships both internal and external. The position is also responsible for providing additional information on academic programs, financial aid, and can explain the work-based learning programs to students and employers.

Required skills: Applicant must be professional, organized and detail-orientated, be able to function efficiently in a multi-tasking environment, and have exemplary customer service skills. Applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills, keyboard and data management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum qualifications are an Associate’s Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Pay: $32,950.00 - $36,240.00 per year
