We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to become an integral part of our team. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for supporting the DON with creating and executing programs related to the geriatric population. Our growing company is looking for someone with a background in geriatrics and a commitment to providing holistic care with a team-based approach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the nursing staff.
• Provide leadership for facility's direction and development in the area of geriatrics.
• Maintains security, safety, and privacy of patient records.
• Enforces proper standards of operation within the medical facility.
• Supervise other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide a high level of customer service to patients and their families and visitors in order to ensure that every resident is well cared for.
• Assure areas are clean, secure, and meet all governmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
