Active IL Registered Nurse (RN) license. Review Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertification and Discharge Oasis completed by the field staff.

This opening is for a full-time, permanent position. Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans.

FL Insurance Agent license in Health and Life. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience. Recharge Days and Volunteer Time Off.
