Job Description :

National Bank & Trust in La Grange is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our family. Applicant must be a team player with excellent communication and customer service skills, bilingual a plus. Previous banking experience preferred, but not required. This not a remote position. Call Center hours will be 8am-5pm in the office.

Job Duties, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Inform customers about the bank’s products and services
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the banks website or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information when necessary
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Reviewing maintenance reports for accuracy
  • Processing incoming and outgoing wires
  • Processing charged back checks and notifying customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
