CDL Legal is a rapidly growing legal service company that specializes in providing legal benefits to truck drivers. Established in 2018, CDL Legal has risen to be an industry leader in fighting traffic cases in the US through our network of attorneys. We are also trucking safety and compliance management experts and work with carriers to offer online safety management tools. We are looking for a Carrier Customer Service representative to join our growing team.

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Works with carrier clients to ensure drivers rosters are updated and accurate
• Maintains carrier relationships through high level of customer service
• Serves carrier clients by providing online portal training, service information, and resolving any service related problems.
• Works with the sales department to properly onboard new carriers by helping to facilitate payroll frequency and payment remittance.
• Resolves billing issues for both Carriers and drivers.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

• Good communication skills, written and verbal
• University/college degree is an asset
• Must have computer skills
• Previous experience, especially in particular industry, a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are a high energy, family oriented, faith based organization with a great culture to work in. We provide retirement benefits and health insurance.

Starting Rate of Pay: $36k to $42k annual salary Based on experience with advancement opportunities
