Our client seeks a seasoned leader to drive institutional financial strategy, lead a team of highly experienced senior management, and be an integral part of the organization’s executive leadership team. This Company is experiencing growth that is almost unheard of - the CFO needs a partner to handle the day to day accounting and financial maters and scale for growth while they continue to raise capital and grow the business. This role is for your extremely fast-paced, Type A individual who is looking to prove themselves in a high stakes environment. $1B+ company experience in a high level strategic role is a must – some public accounting background at a larger firm ideal.

You will oversee key accounting and finance functions. Each of these has highly qualified and experienced leaders; however, you will ultimately be responsible for each function’s ultimate results:

• Accounting – including accounting policy, controls, internal audit, financial statement integrity, and other regulatory requirements
• Finance – annual planning, strategic planning, and financial/operational analysis

This role demands strong professional presence and communications skill. Board presentation experience and communications will be a part of the CAO responsibilities – requiring strong acumen and skill.

Strong compensation package: All-in - $450K plus (base and bonus)

Relocation package will be offered as required.
