Child Protective Investigator-positions in Dixie, Levy, Lafayette and Gilchrist Counties Florida

In this position you will make an impact by conducting investigations of abuse, neglect, and abandonment of children.

$43,000.00 annually / $1,653.85 bi-weekly

Qualifications:

• ·A high school diploma or GED equivalent and four years of law enforcement experience or active military service; or
• An associate degree or 60+ credit hours from an accredited college or university and two years of professional work experience (see examples below) or two years of law enforcement experience or active military service; or
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Operational private vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle registration and documentation of insurance coverage.

The Department provides a Vehicle Insurance Allowance to assist with the cost of insurance coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 per year
