The In-Home Sales Consultant is a core member of our organization. They are responsible for in-home design consultations of bath remodels for residential customers. You must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Running 8-15 appointments per week (in home appointments generated + set by our call center), with absolutely no prospecting)!
• Walk through presentation on Ipad (must be fully comfortable with using technology and Apple apps); design full bath/shower remodel; approve for financing; schedule one day install
• Close sales and make money!!

• 6 week comprehensive training class (paid hourly + applicable OT)
• Competitive commission + bonus structure, once training is complete (average rep makes $140,000-160,000 a year)

Job Qualifications (Required):

• Face to Face Sales experience
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
• Technologically experienced in using an iPad a MUST
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and valid drivers insurance
