Work for a Global 500+ company in , USA as a Desktop Support Technician / Full Time Engineer

The target onboarding date is: as soon as possible.

Pay is 3400 USD (gross) per month.

Site Location: Avon Pl, Suffern, NY 10901

Resident onsite support services covering:

o Install, Move, Add/Change, De-Installation (IMACD)

o PC Installation / Replace

o Hardware Break-Fix

o For any In Warranty or Out of Warranty Break-Fix ticket when a part or a whole unit

swap is available to the Engineer, the ticket will be resolved by the Engineer

o Asset Management

o Desk side Software Support (DSS) – On-site remedial software services

o Hand & Eyes Support

o Tape Handling

o Print Services Support

o Meeting/Event Support

o Logging tickets for vendor support and escorting vendors on site

o IT stock management

o Assist with Non Standard Service requests (NSSR)

· Hardware Supported

o Personal Computers and notebooks

o Printers

o Tablets, Thin Clients, Smartphones

o Touch panels

· Software Supported

o Operating System

o Office Suites

o Browsers

o Project Management Tools

o Communication Platform

· Remote Site Support

o Use remote support tools provided by client

o Video and audio Microsoft Teams call support

o Remote stock management

o Shipping equipment between sites
