Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
Hours: 8:00a - 6:00p
Rate: $100/hr. + $1500 sign on bonus (Paid out with first payroll run)
Clinic Location: S. Eugene, OR

Position Details:

• Coverage needed starting September
• 3+ month assignment, willing to look at part-time providers
• Walk-in, Outpatient Clinic
• 25 patients per day
• All Ages, primarily adults
• EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• COVID Vaccination + Booster Required
• Active OR State License
• BLS
