We are seeking an individual to join a team of designers, who would be responsible for a high volume of files for our clients' marketing needs. This entry-level role requires an understanding of final file production/troubleshooting for print and digital. Our candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with fast deadlines while still possessing the ability to balance an overabundance of information with clean design. The designer will be responsible for changes, preflighting for print, and keeping clients’ advertising to our high standard, maintaining each of their distinct brand identities. Also required is an expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software - specifically InDesign. We are looking for someone who thrives in an open and fast-paced environment, is willing to go the extra mile when needed, and can roll with shifting priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Design & Production teams to make edits for both print and digital projects
• Adhere to set print specifications for varying types of print products
• Prepare thorough and accurate files for print/digital
• Manage a high-volume workload

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expertise in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator. After Effects is helpful
• Expert in core design principles (typography, color, grids, etc.)
• Flexibility to figure things out while processes are being defined and redefined
• Comfortable with digital file management and server navigation
• Familiarity with various production techniques for both print and digital
• Basic understanding of digital advertising (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Eblasts, etc.)
