Connect Search is searching for an HR Generalist in the greater La Crosse area for a local manufacturing company. The ideal HR Generalist candidate will have an Associate's Degree and 1 year of HR experience OR 3 years of HR experience with no Associate's Degree. This role is fully onsite, hours are flexible, and pay is up to $24/hour (DoE).

HR Generalist Essential Duties:
  • Process weekly payroll for all employees
  • Maintain the HRIS system
  • Maintain employee records such as benefits, compensation, performance evaluations, and other data
  • Prepare various reports and provide them to upper management
  • Monitor safety practices and ensure they are adhered to
  • Lead recruiting efforts for production and support personnel
  • Provide assistance to employees with any general HR questions they may have
