Position Overview
This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department and Staffing Supervisor with processing of applicant and employee-related information and paperwork. This is a full-time position reporting to the Lansing office (remote work not available). Salary based on experience. Benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, paid time off provided.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Enter, track and file applicant and employee records.
- Communicate missing items to Staffing Supervisor and Operations Staff.
- Process, track and follow up on employment verifications for new hires.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Travel to various Dean Operation Sites throughout Michigan may be occasionally required (company vehicle provided).
