The Law Offices of Alexander Borell is looking for an experienced Appellate Attorney to help us with a small caseload, in a contract role. The attorney for this position must be a member of the Florida Bar and have 2 - 5 years’ experience handling appellate and litigation support.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of appellate processes and proceedings.
• Handled at least 10 oral arguments
• Proven track record of drafting pleadings and attending hearings
