Bachelors degree in marketing, healthcare management, or other applicable field of study is preferred; a combination of education and applicable professional

Duties will primarily include answering customer calls, waiting on walk in customers, order entry, billing, and dispatching. Ability to make informed decisions.

Applicants should have at least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population, hold a current RN license, and valid driver's license.

Coordinate room readiness with front office and maintenance departments for guest arrivals and service requests. Prepare reports for expense and labor.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
