EXPERIENCED IRS ENROLLED AGENT (EA) NEEDED! (60K+ TO START!)

Individuals should have extensive experience in Business and Personal Tax Preparation, Tax Planning and IRS Debt Resolution.
This is a high volume Tax Resolution Firm with high expectations of all its employees. This is a high pressure job with many deadlines. Work environment is fun, relaxed and cooperative but VERY professional.

Attributes:
Technical tax aptitude – Must have an in-depth understanding of tax types and procedures to give advice on how to handle tax issues, such as IRS investigations or unfiled tax returns.

Research – Tax laws change frequently and vary from state to state so they must remain up to date. Need research skills for dealing with diverse situations that require very specific laws.

Critical thinking – Must be a critical thinker who can analyze financial standing, goals, and tax history to resolve problems and optimize accounting procedures.

Customer service – Must provide a comfortable environment where clients can express their questions and concerns.

Communication skills – Must be able to explain technical details using everyday language. Must exhibit good verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership/Teamwork - Must have great ability to guide subordinates and work with others extremely well.

Proficiencies:

• Accounting software (Drake, Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books...etc)

• Tax-related documents (tax returns, withholding certificates, wages, tax statements...etc)

• Microsoft Google Suite (Gmail, Word, Excel...etc)

• CRM’s (IRSLogics, PitBull, Velocify, Shape...etc)

Compensation ($60-$100k):

• Benefits after 90days (PTO/Health/Bonuses)

• Salary is commensurate with experience!
