Job Description :
IT Coordinator is responsible for the following:
- Provide management and guidance for IT supoort or desk-based computer hardware and software.
- Provide support with diagnosing and solving internal and application issues.
- Log and track all incidents and requests on Helpdesk system.
- Carry out daily operational tasks to ensure effective operation of IT systems.
- Carry out IT installation, implementations, and roll outs. Produce and maintain technical records.
7am-4pm (after hour services may be required)
$20/hr
Monday-Friday
Skills Required:
- Business application support
- MS Exchange
- Dell Hardware experience
- System trouble shooting
- Internet and routing protocols
- Microsoft office, Outlooking, and Microsoft Windows
