Job Description :

IT Coordinator is responsible for the following:

  • Provide management and guidance for IT supoort or desk-based computer hardware and software.
  • Provide support with diagnosing and solving internal and application issues.
  • Log and track all incidents and requests on Helpdesk system.
  • Carry out daily operational tasks to ensure effective operation of IT systems.
  • Carry out IT installation, implementations, and roll outs. Produce and maintain technical records.

7am-4pm (after hour services may be required)

$20/hr

Monday-Friday

  • Business application support
  • MS Exchange
  • Dell Hardware experience
  • System trouble shooting
  • Internet and routing protocols
  • Microsoft office, Outlooking, and Microsoft Windows
