Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in IT environments, understanding of AD, domains, replication, etc.
• Understanding of networks, subnetting, and OSI model
• Design and implement permissions on file and folder structure
• Microsoft infrastructure, desktop, and server systems, including Windows Server 2012-2019, Exchange, O365 Admin and Active Directory Services (single and multiple site environments)
• Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
• Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
• Ability to provide clients, with technical expertise for virtualization, mobile, and cloud-based, solutions
• Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems and escalate when required
• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 engineers

Other Responsibilities:

• Certs such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ are great but not required
• Manage the lifecycle of tickets
• Attend team meetings
• Respond to client and corporate email within established time frames
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and staff
• Participate in training and development
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and issues simultaneously
• Update client documentation when needed
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
