The Glenwood Canyon Brewpub is hiring for a Full Time AM/PM Line Cook. The pay rate for this position is $21.00/hr. to $24.00/hr. DOE. It is a full-time position eligible for medical, dental benefits after one year and accrued sick time. In addition, we offer a free employee meal with each shift and corporate ski pass to sunlight mountain resort. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, and can handle the fast-paced environment of a busy kitchen. A successful candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate has prior experience as a line cook and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and other specifications.
• Understand the skills involved in food preparation.
• Provide good customer service.
• Ensure the safety of patrons, servers and other employees.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, work surfaces and utensils.
