Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
Tucson and Surrounding Areas
- $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for full-time
- Weekend Warriors Needed (Fri, Sat, Sun shifts) - UP TO 40 hours per week

Qualifications
- Arizona State (or compact) Nursing License;
- Valid Arizona Class D Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation;
- Current CPR Certification (No-On line CPR is accepted);
- TB skin clearance within 12 months or Chest x-Ray;
- Level one fingerprint clearance issued by the Department of Public Health;
- Article 9 Certification within the last 3 years. (Can train in office)
Spanish Speaking is a plus!
