Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a forklift to load and unload trucks in a safe and organized manner.
• Pull material to fulfill orders accurately.
• Organize stock materials in the most efficient way using forklifts, pallets and cranes.
• Breakdown units and perform material cutting, re-banding, shrink wrapping and labeling.
• Unload inbound trucks into manageable units and put them in their assigned storage location.
• Loading outbound trucks and checking orders to confirm accuracy and completion.
• Perform facility housekeeping; light maintenance; and other warehousing duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized equipment (lift truck, order picker, sweepers, and other equipment as assigned), shear, saws, and other powered or electric hand tools.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed. Document orders, materials and any stock movements.
• Be a part of a team unit that is dependable and can make sure products are delivered as expected to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a material handler in a Warehousing, Distribution center or Manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience required; ability to learn safe operation required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting products, arrange truckloads, wrapping products, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
• Ability to read/comprehend sales order, purchase orders, safety material.
• Desire to work in a safe and processed minded role/organization.
• Reliable/Dependable
• Knowledge of loading/unloading/storage requirements.
• CDL preferred.
