Agwrx Cooperative Elevator is seeking a self-motivated individual for a full time Operator Specialist to join the Agwrx team in Clark, SD. This position will focus on assisting with all operations at the grain and agronomy facilities. This person will be responsible for day to day operations throughout the location.

Location: Clark, SD

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 /hour DOE, plus benefits

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (overtime will be required)

Responsibilities and Duties

· Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks with grain

Efficiently load and unload semi-trucks for the agronomy deptartment.

· Grading grain samples

· Grain handling including drying, segregating, filling/reclaiming of ground piles, transferring and blending grain.

· Equipment maintenance all equipment throughout the location regardless of deptartment,

· Perform duties safely within company policies, guidelines and in accordance with governmental regulations.

Working at the agronomy facility to load and unload fertilizer and chemical.

· Ability to work in a high paced work environment during harvest.

· Candidate must be willing to engage with customers and be able to work well in a team environment.

· Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

· Lifting 50lbs - 75lbs

· Able to climb ladders

· Shovel grain

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
