Wyoming licensed Pharmacist-in-charge needed

· This is an immediate opening to assist with go-live preparations

· The facility is a startup 5 acute bed hospital in Saratoga, WY scheduled to open Spring of 2023

· Part time pharmacist position with a minimum of 5 hours per week needed at the facility.

· The responsibilities would be for review of all medication related activities; inventory ordering, storage and utilization, as well as pharmacy related compliance for all agencies.

· Prior to the opening (collaborative effort of pharmacist and PHPS implementation team)

o Setup for MediTech dictionaries and library

o Setup for initial order-set review and initial formulary

o Review of Policy & Procedures (already provided) for appropriateness within the facility/operation

o Preparation for WY Department of Health inspection

We are offering competitive salary and will be making allowance for travel time in the hours worked aspect that we can discuss later.
