Description:
Looking to add a Product Owner to their team that handles products on the asset side (trucks, trailers, drivers, fleets - not logistics/brokerage)
Scope of responsibilities:
Constantly work with business stakeholders, Product Managers, UX Designers and Product Architects to feed new features to the product(s) roadmap
Organize and prioritize the product(s) backlog of requirements, technical debt, bugs and standard maintenance in a way that will deliver the key milestones identified on the roadmap in the committed timelines
Participate in all related Agile/Scrum ceremonies where the Product Owner is expected
Lead the development teams in refining the acceptance criteria related to new requirements
Lead the end-of-sprint product demonstrations that showcase the new features their product(s) is delivering
Maintain and distribute release notes to users, stakeholders and other interested parties
Support other members in the creation of training, change management and marketing materials related to the product(s)
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, team and cross-team members
Form user groups that can provide feedback related to the performance and features of their product(s)
Stimulate and encourage innovation conversations across product and development teams
Work closely with the User Experience team to map out workflows and determine areas of waste/opportunity to automate
Ensure product quality and performance meet user expectations
Maintain robust product and technical documentation
Understand how to measure and drive business value, work with data teams to define metrics and ensure KPIs and reports on the performance and usability of their product(s) is available
Provide timely updates to management and teams on all initiatives in progress

Ability to run data queries to produce product related KPI reporting and metrics
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to constantly changing industry and company requirements
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts and tools necessary for their specific job duties
Time management skills and proven ability to work on time-sensitive deliverables.
