Reports to: Chief Lending Officer

Functions Supervised: None

Primary Functions: Work with all stakeholders, inside and outside the product team, to collaboratively develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps. Develop user stories, refine backlogs, and act as the voice of the customer/member. May perform project management responsibilities as needed.

Education: Bachelor's degree desired.

Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Equivalent product management experience and pertinent certifications.

Experience/Skills: Five years progressive experience in Information Technology or Financial Services with product management and product roadmaps. Must have demonstrable understanding of project management, agile development, and lifecycle management methodologies. Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills a must.. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management and product development skills. Must have strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire all stakeholders using user-centered design principals. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary Pay Range: $90,000 - $155,000 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
