M+HBD Product Owner


We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about building world-class products and experiences for Medici + Health By Design (M+HBD) customers (both internal and external). You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of and be an advocate for the customer experience. “Customer” includes the patient, the clinical team member, and the client
  • Assist with product vision definition
  • Collaborate on product roadmap development and execution strategy
  • Collaborate on process improvement related to the product
  • Manage product backlog
  • Develop user stories
  • Set sprint goals
  • Plan releases and upgrades
  • Monitor the health of the product
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product releases
  • Participate in agile events

Requirements and Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of data, including data technologies and techniques, tools, and AI/ML
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves in addressing needs
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Essential Functions:

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
  • Hands on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

Required Skills:
