Overview:
Mad City Windows & Baths, the Midwest's #1 home remodeling company, is looking for a Production Manager with a background in residential remodeling, specifically replacement windows, to lead operations for our Des Moines Office.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirming all product orders
  • Occasional ordering
  • Receiving and inventory of products
  • Loading, management and monitoring of crews
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Organizing jobs and training
  • Hiring of new crews and office staff
  • Facilitating Service tickets/orders
  • Creating strategies to improve efficiency
  • Quality Control
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience, specifically replacement windows
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience resolving conflict
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
