Project Manager HVAC/Plumbing

Provides overall management direction to project(s), establishes project(s) objectives and policies, maintains liaison with customer, and manages scope, schedule and budget and directs activity of on-site superintendent.

Project Manager HVAC/Plumbing Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $75,000.00 /annually
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 05:00pm)

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction site
• Orient and mentor employees while setting project expectations
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses

Project Manager HVAC/Plumbing Qualifications:

• Must have a plumbing background with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Must be well organized and have excellent communication skills, knowledgeable in RFIs and RFCOs and materials coordination
• Pass Background and pre-employment drug test
• Insurable MVR and Valid Drivers License

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
