RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for experienced, professional, guest first minded supervisors to add to our team.

Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Office hours for settling credit card report, run daily reports, reconcile bar and server bags. Handle the monthly inventory with Bar Manager.

Overseeing the dining room and checking-in with customers and how servers, bartenders and bussers are performing as well as balancing seating capacity by overseeing hostess. Ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.

Open restaurant and close restaurant.

• Support daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
• Guest First Mind Set- Deliver superior service and place a high priority on the guest experience
• Help Train new and current employees
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, liquor and wine.
• OpenTable & Aloha is a plus.
• 2+ years work experience as a floor leader, supervisor and/or manager
