The McGrath Family of Dealerships has an immediate need for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team. If you are a motivated individual, likes to work with people, be on your feet in a fast paced, team oriented environment, this could be the perfect fit for you. Sales Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and create customers for life.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your 'A game' and positive attitude with you everyday.


Sales Qualifications:

  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle check.
