Job Description:

We are a fast growing startup that is looking for an experienced sales professional that has direct to consumer phone sales experience (not B2B). This person will also be meeting clients in person, when necessary. Experience selling financial products is a plus. We are looking for someone who is driven, learns fast and who is results oriented.

This position has a high ceiling - The perfect candidate for this role is someone who is not satisfied with mediocrity or good-enough. We are looking for a salesperson with a strong appetite and who will continually strive to earn more.

Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with mineral right owners - convert them into sellers.
• Follow-up with potential leads.
• Maintain comprehensive notes in Salesforce.
• Develop a deep understanding of the industry and common objections.

Requirements:

• Direct to consumer phone sales experience preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 to $200,000.00 with commission.
