The Salesforce Product Manager is an integral part of our team. You’ll work side by side with our leadership team to structure new products, product improvements, and product roll outs. The Product Manager is here to ensure the efficient and effective operation and growth of the customer's business via utilizing the power of Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with leadership team to ensure overall understanding of product goals
• Scope out Projects based on needed deliverables and needed technically resources
• Organize goals into weekly deliverables
• Communicate, collaborate, and deploy Tech team to assure projects are moving along and according to what the client expects as a deliverable.
• Attend weekly leadership meetings to update on product progress and demonstrate the customizations
• Ensure the timely resolution of technology-related issues
• Deliver well-developed and tested solutions on time
• Ensure follow-up with all vendors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain expert-level familiarity with Left Main features and add-ons.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members.
• Maintain extreme ownership of personal and departmental performance.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Maintain a positive, team oriented culture where team feedback is encouraged.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Admin Certification required
• Previous Salesforce Project Management experiences required
• Salesforce Platform I Developer highly preferred
• Salesforce Certified Architect highly preferred
• Technology knowledge with the ability to adapt to new software or applications.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• High degree of emotional intelligence.
• Proactive and forward thinking.
• Self education with a positive “can do” attitude.

Compensation:

Annual Salary Range — starting at $100,000 (to commiserate with experience) with performance bonus eligibility and full benefits package
