Requirements:

Be able to provide a valid & current driver’s license and documents for employment
State Security Guard certification preferred, or we will assist you in obtaining one
Ability to type up daily reports
Excellent surveillance and observation skills

Duties:
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
Secure buildings and property by checking doors, windows, lights, electrical appliances, equipment, locks and maintain log of findings.
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts.
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
Perform parking and traffic control duties.
Check identification of visitors according to established policies and procedures.
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
Provide assistance to people in need.
Assist staff and law enforcement personnel in controlling disturbances and conducting preliminary investigations.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences and incidents.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements:
Will be exposed to constant outdoor activity that requires standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavy weight supplies and equipment).

Attendance:
Position is full-time, weekends and holidays may be required. We are looking for individuals who can work their scheduled hours plus other hours necessary to complete the job.
