Title: Senior Property Accountant
Pay: $85,000-$95,000 + Bonus Eligibility
Location: Downtown Seattle
Days: Monday-Friday (in office to start, with potential for hybrid work)

Job Duties:

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for multiple properties
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Work with property managers to ensure activities are recorded accurately for month end
• Prepare journal entries and ensure general ledger activity is accurate
• Review AP for accuracy and process vendor payments
• Work with auditors at year end
• Other assigned duties as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 Years property management accounting experience (GL, AR, AP and monthly reporting)
• Experience with Yardi a plus
• Associates degree in accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
